Thanks for that clarification Gaile. Kind of disappointing though, I was really looking forward to seeing something tied into what happen before with the Orr. On the other hand it seems everything is going rather smoothly in what I have seen so far.

I have to ask the question though; he brought up in his speech about another possible graphical overhaul of the original campaigns. Is this actually going to happen; where Prophecies will include some of these new effects that EotN has?

Also, with graphics changes, is there a chance that I might not be able to run it? I can run all 3 original campaigns. My graphics card is an old piece though.

The "it" I was referring to in that quote was the Norn Arena, not GW:EN in general.

The new music interface sounds helpful and a reason for me to play less with my ITunes track on. Maybe it'll also change the habit of some people thinking their invincible and not rush into things.

Okay um, this is a little late, but I saw when he left the Eye of the North, the camera focused on the Charr hero.

So do you think we're actually going to be able to control our heroes now? That would make it so much more fun.

I belived it was explaind that the sylvari arnt around yet, and get "born" as a new race by the end of GW:EN.

It’s quite simple really; a great evil (The Great Destroyer) is destroyed to create a race of greater good (Sylvari). However one small detail is left amiss for the heroes; for it’s the beginning of new evil (or old) rising from the ashes (hence GW 2).

You know, when I was playing FFXII and switching between team members in a non turn-based system, I thought "this could really work in GW". Or maybe it was just for the benefit of the preview. I don't think the skillbar changes to the Charr one and the Charr hero panel doesn't get replaced with the player skills. Nice thought though.

The Burning Wood environment looks incredible.
